Online Summer Seminars (OSS)
Switched focus to group seminars, quizzes, and presentations to keep students engaged during summer.
Online Tutorials
Started online 1:1 tutorials in Math, English and Science to help elementary students cop with the new school’s remote teaching method.
Repurposed org. due to COVID shutdown
Canceled in-person workshops and after-school classes due to lockdown. Refocused to address Math, Science and English needs of students.
Weekend Workshop at Lantern Lane
Created a different weekend program specially for this school.

Established Partnerships
Met with several Principals in the district to create a plan for after-school program for elementary students
Established sponsors and built team
Gather sponsors for the club, formed mission of organization and organized team.
Initiated Young Leaders after-school club
Aimed as inspiring students earlier in their school year and to learn Debating and Public Speaking skills
